In this terms and conditions agreement, “CrazyITdeals.com”, “CrazyITdeals”, “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to NAF Technologies LLC.

Return and Refund Policy
Items purchased on CrazyITdeals.com can only be accepted for return and refund subject to the following terms and conditions:

- A return or refund request can only be made by the customer within 7 days of purchasing the item.
- Any product purchased on our website can be accepted for return or exchange as long as the product and its packaging has not been damaged by the customer in any way. A technical evaluation of the product will have to be conducted before any claims for refunds are made. Such an evaluation may take up to 5 working days.
- Any product that is deemed to have been damaged by the customer will not be accepted for return, exchange or refund.
- To exchange or refund a product, the original sales invoice must accompany the products that are eligible for an exchange or refund.
- If a product is dead or nonfunctional on arrival, CrazyITdeals.com must be notified immediately within an hour after the delivery of the product.
- Laptops, PCs, Tablets, Mobile Phones, and all other items sold on our website will not be accepted for return or exchange if they are out of their original packaging, or if the product itself or its packaging has been damaged in any way or form by the customer.
- If a payment was made via credit card, debit card, Apple Pay or Google Pay, the payment processing fee cannot be refunded.
- Refund claims made against credit/debit card purchases can only be transferred to the credit card that was used during purchase.
- Any shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable.
Shipping Policy
- Free Shipping is available on all purchases made on CrazyITdeals.com.
- Free Shipping is available in all cities of the United Arab Emirates, namely in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Al Ain, Ajman, Fujairah, Ras-al-Khaimah and in Umm-al-Quwain.
- Free Shipping may not be available in small remote towns of the UAE. If you live in one of these remote areas of the UAE, we may charge you an additional shipping fee.
- Typical transit time for delivery to any city in the United Arab Emirates is 24 hours.
- After your order has been approved, it will be delivered to you within a maximum of 2-5 business days.
- If you request for the return of the product, you may be liable for the shipping charges.
Coupon Policy
- Coupon codes must be requested from our staff.
- All use of coupon codes is subject to the approval of our staff.
- Only one coupon code is allowed per customer.
- We do not permit misuse of our coupon codes under any circumstances.
- In case if misuse of coupons is detected, we reserve the right to cancel such orders.
